RANGE

Available in a range of tin sizes from 1 litre to 20 litres ( 1 litre, 2.5 litres, 5 litres and 20 litres) and in four stone shades. Each colour has a matching Base Coat Primer and all colours are intermixable, making it possible to match Fireplace Stone Coating with any existing stonework or create unique colours.

Base Coat Primer: 6 m2/litre (approx)

Fireplace Stone Coating: 2.5 m2/litre (approx)

DRYING TIME

Drying time varies by application and ventilation conditions.

Base Coat Primer: allow approx 2 hours to dry before applying Turn to Stone Coating.

Fireplace Stone Coating: allow approx 2 hours between coats.

APPLICATION

Fireplace Stone Coating - Fireplace Paint1. Prepare all surfaces well. Ensure they are clean, sound and dry. Repair any cracks or dents with a suitable filler. Sand pre-painted or glossy surfaces to provide a key

2. Apply Base Coat Primer to the surface using a brush or small roller. Allow approx. 2 hours to dry thoroughly.Fireplace Stone Coating - Fireplace Paint

3. Brush on a thin coat of Fireplace Stone Coating (do not try to apply all in one coat), spreading as evenly as possible. Allow approx 2 hours to dry before applying another coat (2-3 thin coats).

4. Apply final coat as in step 3. Stipple the surface while still wet using a stippling brush or a small paste brush to give a uniformed mottled appearance. Continue stippling periodically until your desired effect is achieved.
